On Saturday I made a visit to a cute bakery in the heart of Shreveport. Lowder's Baking Company. I have had a Lowder's cinnamon roll before and it was one of the best surprises ever. My friend Hillary decided to roll up at work with a whole batch of them! It's one of the most delicious cinnamon rolls I have ever had. Have you ever craved a cinnamon roll in the middle of a Saturday around noon? Me neither. So I set out to settle my craving.

The staff was friendly and I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. One of the staff members suggested a Rainbow Sprinkle Chocolate Chip Cookie. She wasn't lying when she said they are so good and soft in the middle.

In late August Lowder Baking Company got a nod from AEP an Entrepreneurial Accelerator Program. Lowder's was recognized for their Entrepreneurial Achievement. We love when a small business calls the SBC home!

What could make this bakery better? Delivery offered at 6:00 a.m. This girl will wake up craving a cinnamon Roll now!
