Feel like you're constantly treading water? If you're stressed out, you're not alone. According to WalletHub, Shreveport is known as one of the most 'stressed out' cities in the country!

And here I was wondering why I always found myself singing along to the song Stressed Out by twenty one pilots. Now I know why. It turns out that Shreveport is the 12th most stressed-out city in the country. If you think that's bad, New Orleans is 3rd on the list for 2021.

WalletHub studied a number of stressors including average hours worked, COVID-19 cases, divorce, and suicide rates, as well as crime rates and health stats to compile the list of the country's most stressed-out cities. Shreveport didn't fair very well. However, you shouldn't be too surprised because Louisiana ranked 2nd as a state for the most stressed out in 2021.

Shreveport ranked 39th in the nation when it comes to work-related stress, 2nd when it comes to financial stress, and 100th out of 182 regarding family stress.
