
Shreveport’s Spooky Symphony is Perfect for Halloween Lovers
Are You a Lover of All Things Halloween?
If so, this event may be perfect for you and the entire family. You can enjoy a spooktacular free outdoor concert designed for all ages. Maybe it's the perfect date night for you and your Halloween loving significant other, or maybe it's the perfect event to get your whole family out to enjoy.
"Spooky Symphony" is Presented by the Shreveport Regional Arts Council and the Shreveport Symphony.
It is not just music we get to enjoy it is one big fall celebration. There will be so much to enjoy starting at 2:00 p.m. There will be hands-on make and take art activities, a costume parade, food trucks, arts market, face painting and balloon sculpting. Make sure you bring your lawn chairs, blankets and coolers.
Some of the Halloween favorites being performed include "Pirates of the Caribbean", "The Addams Family Theme", "This is Halloween", and even "Ghostbusters" truly a night for Halloween lovers everywhere.
According to the event page we can thank a grant for the spooky fun, "The Symphony‘s performance is made possible by the generous sponsorship of The Community Foundation of North Louisiana through the William C. Woolf Fund and is supported in part by a grant from the Shreveport Regional Arts Council with funds from the National Endowment for the Arts."
"Spooky Symphony" will take over the Caddo Common Park on October 22nd from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM. If the weather doesn't cooperate with us the concert and activities will be moved to the RiverView Theater, 600 Clyde Fant, and the starting time won't change.
