Devin White's NFL dream has come true. The former North Webster High School star heard his name called tonight at the NFL Draft, and is now heading to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers

White was selected #5 overall by the Buccaneers. He joins a Bucs team that will have to play the New Orleans Saints twice a year. Putting him on the opposite side of the field for many LSU fans, who double as Saints fans. His job over his first couple of seasons will be to try and slow down Drew Brees.

Before his NFL dream, White became a legend for the LSU Tigers. He was one of the most prolific linebackers in school history, and won the hearts of fans across Baton Rouge and Louisiana as a whole. If his outfit tonight is any indication, his Louisiana roots will continue to Tampa, as Devin wore cowboys boots onto the stage at the NFL Draft.
