The Kissing Booth fans can breathe a sigh of relief, Jacob Elordi will return for the movie's sequel.

Earlier this year, the Euphoria star was surprisingly absent from the film's announcement that Netflix will be creating the second installment of the movie franchise. Fans were worried that the 22-year-old would not be in the sequel. Netflix put those worries to rest by sharing a video clip on their Instagram account which has Elordi answer the question that everybody has been wondering.

"I'm returning as Noah Flynn in The Kissing Booth sequel," Elordi announced in the video clip. The new video showed a behind the scenes look of the sets and cast of the sequel, which they confirmed, they finished filming.

Stars Joey King and Joel Courtney will return as Elle Evans and Lee Flynn for the second installment. Earlier this year, Netflix revealed that there will be two new characters played by Maisie Richardson-Sellers and Taylor Perez. Richardson will play the role of a perfect college student who grows close to Noah while Perez's character, Marco, is a new classmate who Elle befriends.

Netflix has not released a release date for The Kissing Booth sequel.
