The Morning Madhouse is Getting Bigger: Update!

If you haven't heard this yet, the Morning Madhouse announced last week that our family is getting bigger.  I am proud to announce that I (Brandon Michael) am going to be a father again!  My wife gave me the fantastic news about 6 weeks ago, and we couldn't be happier!  We were already blessed with an incredible 9 year old son named Deacon, who is super-excited to be a big brother.  I think he just wants to be in charge of someone.

A bout a week and a half ago, we had to visit a specialist for some routine testing.  We found out that doctors can now determine the gender of the baby from a simple blood test.  Lo and behold, we now know that we will be welcoming a baby girl into our family!

I am elated at the news, even though it was a bit unexpected.  We had been trying for a while, an I was unsure if we would be successful.  The truth is, once we decided to take the pressure off and relaxed - it worked!  The best news is, mother and baby are healthy and look great.  Look for more updates as I prepare myself to become a Girl-dad.  Any suggestions would be helpful!
