There is one thing that is keeping Britney Spears from getting married

Jason Trawick is close to popping the question to Britney Spears but there is one thing that is holding him back. Britney doesn’t want to get married until she settles her pending lawsuit from her former manager Sam Lutfi. He’s had this on-going lawsuit saying that she damaged his reputation after their fallout in 2008. Britney’s camp won’t let her testify in court under her conservatorship, stating that she mentally incapable of testifying. But if she gets married while she’s still under conservatorship, Sam will go to court and argue that she should be well enough to testify. Britney says she doesn’t want to get married until all of her legal matters have been dealt with.
