Tic Tac Toe FAIL [VIDEO]

This is just sad. Two basketball fans faced off in a life-sized tic-tac-toe match in front of the crown at halftime during the Rockets-Warriors game on Monday.

I understand they could have been nervous, but they were TERRIBLE!

One guy had a chance to win and blew it, the other guy had TWO chances! The crowd boo'd them and it ended in a tie.
