Tsuyoi Ramen: Bossier’s New Hotspot for Ramen & More
Something I never thought I would say, we have a ramen spot opening up in Bossier City.
I have forever been a sucker for Ramen. Whenever I first moved to Shreveport I would go out of my way to stay up late to eat Ghost Ramen. There was a serious drought regarding delicious Ramen in the Ark-La-Tex, and many of us would have to drive to Dallas to get our fix. Luckily, several Ramen places have popped up in Shreveport, but for some reason, they would avoid Bossier… Up until now.
Tsuyoi Ramen has completely transformed the space that was once home to Five Guys Burgers and they’re quickly grabbing Bossier’s attention. This isn’t your typical Ramen spot. This place is cranking out some of the best boba teas and has poke bowls.
I stumbled into the restaurant during a soft opening and they were so kind and didn’t kick me out. I then proceeded to be reckless and just pointed at the menu and ended up with 5 different dishes on my table. All of which were unreal. Did this restaurant just crack the code on hospitality and flavor?
The crew at Tsuyoi Ramen was so kind to not kick me out and instead offered me a seat at a booth where I proceeded to order everything in sight. If you are not so patiently waiting for the grand opening make sure you keep an eye on the Tsuyoi Ramen Facebook page for the opening date, however, rumor has it that we can be enjoying ramen in Bossier before April. The ramen spot is located at 2113 Airline Dr, Bossier City, LA.
