This video is insane! A Russian solider decides to help a lady get her cat down from a tree. He starts by saying let me show you a trick. I won't spoil the whole video but I'll say getting the cat down involved string, a bottle, a roll of toilet paper, a broken window, an axe, and electricity.

Works though the cat got out of the tree.
