Who Does This? In An Airport? (VIDEO)

First of all, I would not let my baby crawl around on the floor at the airport. GROSS!!! I would, however, do a cartwheel at the airport... If I could actually do a cartwheel... I've got issues. But not as many as these people... Are they really calling the baby, 'BabyTard' or 'RockTard'? I can't tell... Either one is pretty bad... Maybe that's just me? Unless their last name is Tard? Maybe?
