Is it impossible to find a good man in Shreveport--or anywhere in Louisiana?

It's human to want love and companionship, right? If you're an adult, chances are that you've spent some time thinking about what you're looking for in your perfect partner. Well, buckle up, because what you're looking for may not exist ladies.

Are your standards too high?

Are you a crazy cat lady in the making? Well, there's an easy way to find out with an online calculator for women that uses U.S. Census Bureau and National Center for Health Statistics data to tell you exactly how many men meet the standards that you're looking for. Keep in mind that the results are based on nationwide data, so when you take that into account, the sample size would be much smaller if you were looking at just Louisiana. However, it would be reasonable to assume the percentages would remain similar.

The process is simple.

You answer questions like the age range you prefer and whether you'd like to exclude men that are married. Then you answer questions about a few other preferences like the race, minimum height, body type, and the minimum income of your ideal man. That's it. I chose a man between the ages of 42 and 55 that wasn't married, was at least 5'10", white, of any body type, that makes at least $100,000 a year. Guess what? I'm a crazy cat lady in the making! Only 1.6% of men in the United States meet those qualifications. Ummmm... yeah. I guess there's a reason they call this calculator the Female Delusion Calculator.
