Horror Illustrator Brian Steward Returns to Geek’d Con for 2024
Shreveport's comic con, Geek'd Con, is coming back to Downtown Shreveport this August. The 2024 Geek'd Con will take place August 16th, 17th, and 18th, at the Shreveport Convention Center.
The guest lineup will include horror movie icon Tony Todd, Scrubs star John C. McGinley, the voice of Master Chief Steve Downes, award winning actor Billy Zane, the voice of Mickey Mouse Bret Iwan, and many more incredibly talented celebrities. But its not just the stars of film and TV, we have some incredible artists coming to Shreveport this year.
Geek'd Con will once again welcome horror specialist, artist Brian Steward.
Steward is an artist, writer, and photographer who's work has been featured in Fangoria, Kiss: The Official Magazine, Scream: The Horror Magazine, Gorezone, and Heavy Metal. He is also a force with Fantasm Media, where you can find incredible work featuring KISS, George A. Romero, Sid Haig, and more.
With Heavy Metal magazine, he worked as lead book designer and contributing illustrator. He was also lead designer on Malibu Bay Films' DVD catalog.
Brian has also been responsible for some of the best custom art prints in Geek'd Con history. Including his classic Alice Cooper print from 2021.
