Asics Hired a Poet to Create a Poem to Put Us in a Better Mood.

The poet is Charly Cox and she sifted through 40,000 submissions from people sharing what inspired them to get active. She created a poem and then Asics hired a music producer to create an instrumental track that helps produce endorphins. The science behind it is that the instrumental track was made at a 111-hertz frequency to make this the "perfect poem".
