Geek’d Con 2025 Tickets Go On Sale This Week

Shreveport's comic con, Geek'd Con, is back for a big 10th Anniversary in Downtown Shreveport this August. This downtown staple will be back at the Shreveport Convention Center, August 22nd-24th, 2025.

Does Geek'd Con Have a Theme in 2025?

This year's unofficial "theme" appears to be "milestone anniversaries". In addition to it being the 10th Anniversary of Geek'd Con, its the 35th Anniversary of the original Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles film. This year's guest lineup already includes a 35th Anniversary "Shell-a-Bration" for the release of the original Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles movie. Including voice actors Brian Tochi (Leonardo), Robbie Rist (Michalangelo), and martial artists Ernie Reyes, Jr. (Donatello) and Kenn Scott (Raphael). The four Turtles actors will be joined by Francois Chau, who portrayed The Shredder in the TMNT film universe as well.

Then there's the 50th Anniversary of The Rocky Horror Picture Show, which you can talk about with Barry Bostwick. Or the 35th Anniversary of the debut of The Flash tv show, and the original Flash, John Wesley Shipp is coming to Shreveport too. Then Ethan Suplee can talk to fans about the 30th anniversary of the film Mallrats, and the tv show My Name is Earl that debuted 20 years ago. How about this, WWE Hall of Fame member Scott Steiner won his first WCW Championship 25 years ago, to become a WCW Triple Crown Champion.

When Do Geek'd Con 2025 Tickets Go On Sale?

Here are some of the details on tickets from Geek'd Con's site. Tickets will go on sale Wednesday, April 9th at 8am. This year's base online ticket prices will remain the same as last year, so you don't have to worry about the same kind of ticket spikes other events are seeing. Weekend passes will still start at $70 online, which is good for all three days. Online prices will remain the same for Day passes as well.

You will notice that this year's tickets feature some very special, very limited, options for attendees. These tickets will be more expensive, but will come with multiple incentives.

The first will be a super-premium 10th Anniversary Ultimate Pass.

The 10th Anniversary Ultimate Pass will include a commemorative, framed, and numbered, version of the original Geek'd Con art print created by artist Joe Eisma. This is the 2015 design that includes the legendary character Chewbacca, eating crawfish out of a droid. This was designed in honor of the immortal Peter Mayhew, who was the first headline guest 10 years ago.

There will be additional items included with this pass; like a free shirt, pin, lanyard, bag, art prints, and invitation to the TMNT Shell-a-Bration Pizza Party.

What is a TMNT Shell-a-Bration Pizza Party?

As a part of the 10 year anniversary, Geek'd Con is celebrating the milestone anniversary for the release of the original Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles film. Part of that will be an exclusive TMNT Shell-a-Bration Pizza Party, where you can enjoy some slices, games, and hang out with the stars of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles franchise for this exclusive party.

You can get access to the Pizza Party with the 10th Anniversary Ultimate Pass, or the 10th Anniversary Shell-a-Bration Pass.

There will be a lot of great activities with this year's event that you can take advantage of without having to have a premium ticket as well. The panels schedule is always packed, the cosplay contest will be crazy as always, and there will be activities set up around the building as well.
