Last night I found myself tossing and turning yet again. Why is sleep evading me? My body is exhausted, I keep complaining I am dead tired, so why can't I fall asleep? Maybe it was the coming down of all the excitement of Mardi Gras this past weekend? Whatever it was that was keeping me up is my enemy today.

Celebrity doctor Andrew Weil, introduced this to the rest of America. He called it the "single best method that I've found for dealing with getting back to sleep".

All you do is inhale through your nose for four seconds, hold that breath for seven seconds, and slowly exhale it out for eight seconds. Keep doing that and before long you'll be asleep. This is way better than depending on melatonin to help you get a good night's sleep.
