Celebrity doctor Andrew Weil, introduced this to the rest of America. He called it the "single best method that I've found for dealing with getting back to sleep".
All you do is inhale through your nose for four seconds, hold that breath for seven seconds, and slowly exhale it out for eight seconds. Keep doing that and before long you'll be asleep. This is way better than depending on melatonin to help you get a good night's sleep.
