Last night I am sure you had a blast, but I bet you are feeling it this morning. Don't worry a lot of people are going through the same thing you are right now. So instead of trying to combat the horrible bright light with your laptop, or the horrible sound of your keyboard clicking. I went ahead and compiled a few different ways to ease your suffering this morning.

  1. Drink plenty of water and go back to sleep and ride it out.
  2. Eat a hearty breakfast.
  3. "Hair of the dog" Now, I have never tried this one, but some think, according to health line, that having a drink the next day can lessen the hangover symptoms.
  4. Drink Gatorade or something that is packed with electro lights.
  5. The Spruce says to avoid painkillers all together and also caffeine.

I hope you had a great Saint Patrick's Day, but I hope that hangover dies down quickly.
