This is the post from the theater's website:

With careful planning and greatly enhanced safety measures, we are excited to begin the phased reopening of our theaters. We can't wait to have you back with us. As we begin thoughtfully reopening theaters, the health and well-being of our guests, employees and communities is a top priority. You will notice greatly enhanced cleanliness, sanitizing and safety measures at every step of your movie-going experience.

Regal Cinemas is planning to reopening movie theaters across the country on July 10th.

The company posted this message to customers:

We are working to get all of our theaters back open across the country by July 10th.

We are thrilled to be back and encouraged by recent surveys that show that many people have missed going to the movie theater," CEO Mooky Greidinger said in a statement.

Both theater companies have also announced new sanitary guidelines to make sure the theaters are safe for guests and employees.
You will be able to buy tickets for movie showings online, but you can also walk up and get a ticket. There will be limits on capacity inside the theaters with spacing between groups. You will still be able to sit next to your loved ones, but there will have to be 6 feet of space between your party and any other party.
