Miley Cyrus Postpones Tour While Recovering

Miley Cyrus has been moved from the Kansas City hospital where she has been recovering from an "absolutely horrible reaction" to medication, to a hospital in an undisclosed location, her rep tells E! News.

Cyrus was forced to postpone the remainder of the American leg of her Bangerz tour after being hospitalized last week. A statement on her website says that the European leg of the tour will "go on as planned", and tickets to the canceled and postponed shows will be honored on the rescheduled dates.

"Happy 420/ Easter!" Cyrus tweeted from her hospital bed Sunday. "I'll be where I've been the passed week. In bed. Crying. NOT stoned. Wackkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkk."
