Over 150 Entrepreneurs, Startup Businesses Flock to Local Event
Shreveport continues to be a hot spot for entrepreneurs and startup businesses.
On February 21, North Louisiana Entrepreneurial Accelerator Program and Louisiana New Product Development Team hosted a collaborative event called Tech to Market. More than 150 entrepreneurs and startup businesses converged on the Remington Suite Hotel & Spa for this one-day, sold out event. Attendees discussed and learned about the latest trends in technology commercialization and product licensing.
Stephen Key served as the keynote speaker, sharing both is successes and failures as a serial inventor. Key is credited with product licensing and inventing products like Michael Jordan's WallBall, the Spinformation rotating lable, and HotPicks guitar picks. He is also the co-founder of the product licensing school Invent Right and a bestselling entrepreneurial author. You may have seen his work in Forbes, Entrepreneur, and Inc.
