Shreveport’s premier pop culture event, Geek'd Con, is officially set to return to the Shreveport Convention Center this August. The 11th installment of the massive three-day convention will take place in Downtown Shreveport from August 14th through the 16th, 2026. It's become the primary destination for all fandoms in the Ark-La-Tex.

This event serves as the largest gathering of its kind in North Louisiana...offering a weekend of celebrity appearances, professional photo ops, and a massive vendor floor. Actually, Geek'd Con has TWO big vendor floors...

Meet Nationally Known Paranormal Investigator At Geek'd Con

Paranormal Investigator Jereme Leonard has been added to the Captain Shreve floor at Geek'd Con 2026!

Demonologist and television personality Jereme Leonard is recognized for his background in Louisiana-based paranormal investigations. His television career includes leading roles in shows for multiple networks and streaming platforms.

He previously served as the Lead Investigator on the Travel Channel and Discovery+ series 'Ghosts of Morgan City'. In the show, local officials like the Morgan City Mayor and Chief of Police, recruited Leonard to handle a surge in supernatural-related emergency calls across St. Mary Parish.

Leonard starred in the Netflix reality series '28 Days Haunted'. Operating as the team's demonologist, the series documented a 28-day lockdown designed to test the paranormal theories of Ed and Lorraine Warren.

His television credits also include Syfy’s 'Paranormal Witness', where he was once again able to work on Louisiana-centered investigation. Leonard has also appeared on The Weather Channel’s 'American Super/Natural'.
