Get Your Sharpie Ready: The 5 Most Valuable Items to Get Signed at Geek’d Con This Year
Geek'd Con X, the 10th-anniversary show, is hitting the Shreveport Convention Center from August 22nd-24th, 2025! While some people enjoy it as a place to be free for a weekend and try out a cosplay or to meet their celebrity crushes, others see it as an opportunity to grind. With a star-studded guest list featuring actors from Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Mallrats, Charmed, and Terrifier, knowing which collectibles to get signed is key. Here are five of the top items that could fetch a fortune with a signature on them.
What Comic-Con would be complete without authentication services to make sure everyone knows your autographs are legit? That's why Geek'd Con will have JSA on-site to verify any signatures, adding to their sale value in the future if you can prove they're the real deal.
Mallrats Original Movie Draft Script
Some might call it sacrilege to get an item like this signed, but where they see destruction, others see beauty. Currently on eBay, there is a listing for a movie draft script with handwritten notes for the movie that started Jason Lee's film career (no, his old skate tapes for Blind Skateboards don't count). The seller is only asking for a meager $850, or best offer.

Black Veil Brides Limited Edition Vinyl
In 2013, the iconic band Black Veil Brides released their album Wretched And Divine: The Story Of The Wild Ones on a limited edition double-disc vinyl record. There was only ever one wave of records made, meaning the number of these in the wild is very low. Currently online, they can ask for a price of nearly $800 without a signature. Adding frontman Andy Black's autograph could add some good value as well.
Authentic 1990s Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Merchandise
Geek'd Con X will feature the stars of the original Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles movies, which makes this spot on the list difficult. There have been many remakes and reboots of the turtles before or after the 1990 movie, so it can be difficult to pin which collectibles would be appropriate.
So, to make it easy, we picked out this sealed bag of pork rinds from 1990 with an advertisement for the movie printed on them. The eBay asking price is $5,500, so imagine what you could ask for with all four signatures added to the wrapper.
The Big Gold Belt
In pro-wrestling, the best of the very best are rewarded with a championship title belt to symbolize their status, and fans can pretend their as good too by spending hundreds of their hard-earned cash. With Geek'd Con X featuring special guest Scott Steiner, one of the original World Heavyweight Champs, it would be fitting to get a replica of it signed by the man himself.
The official WWE Shop replica of the big gold belt is $524, but other variations of the belt can be found online from more dubious sources for a lower price, and likely lower quality. Though some beltcrafters like Fandu Belts have versions that can dip below $300.
Dragon Ball Z Dragon Box Full Set
The original Funimation dub of Dragon Ball Z is seen as the definitive version by many English-speaking fans, which is part of why the full DVD box set can be put online for over $2,000 regularly. Even just one volume out of the total 7 DVD sets can be worth hundreds on its own. A set signed by two of the original Funimation voices, Chuck Huber and Tiffany Vollmer, could be the start to a full set worth more than any before it (at least that we know of).
