River Whatley

This morning was one for the record books. River was clearly in a bad mood, then she called her mom something truly unpredictable.

For those unaware, I've recently taken on magic. I do card tricks for grown ups all the time, but when I tried a trick on my 5-year-old, she saw right through it.

I wanted to share with all of you the touching moment I experienced today when my 5-year-old daughter saw the world perfectly for the first time.

River Whatley is known for her attitude and sass. Who knew "Go Tell It On The Mountain" could bring out so much passion?

We can't tell who she hated more this morning, her daddy or Jimmy Kimmel.

I don't know if she just wanted it to be a solo, or if I was really out of tune, but she completely obliterated me for trying to join in.

River may be the most interesting soon-to-be four-year-old on the planet. In fact, she wants all of the planets for her birthday and expects nothing less. You have to see this video!

Jay's daughter, River, finally got to go see the giant Dalmatian in downtown Shreveport. Unfortunately, things didn't go as planned.

My daughter, River, is growing up fast. I thought today was a good day to teach her about Snoop Dogg.

I wanted to share a few photos of my new daughter with you guys! I'm finally back to work today and since I talked about her coming so many times, I wanted to show her off a little bit! Her name is Rose Camstin Whatley, 7 lbs 5 ounces and perfectly healthy!

For those that don’t know, I have the most amazing daughter, River. She is two and a half years old, and developing quite the attitude.... Since I can remember, she has been a notorious fake crier. You know, she'll act like she's crying to get her way, and 9 times out of 10 it works.
