I think we can all agree that 2020 was a strange year.  I know that's a monumental understatement, but I hesitate to call it "rotten."  Surely there was something good that happened to you in the last 12 months.  If you are in to comfortable footwear, or just happened to own stock in Crocs - here's your silver lining!

The flip-flop-sandal hybrid that says you like yourself just the way you are has just completed a record year!  According to CNN, the foam-clog experts at Crocs is expecting the year-end sales totals to top a staggering $1.38 billion!  Crocs CEO Andrew Rees says: "Amidst a global pandemic in 2020, we will deliver the strongest revenue in Crocs' history."

The company pointed to the comfort and value (2 of the things we didn't have enough of in 2020) as the main reasons consumers got Croc-ed up, but were quick to say that collaborations with pop culture icons like Justin Bieber, Bad Bunny, and KFC (yes, Kentucky Fried Chicken released a limited run of branded Crocs) were key to bringing in younger consumers.

There you have it: If 2020 was a shoe, it would be a Croc.  Fitting, if you ask me.
