18-year-old Garrett Jacobs, a senior a Benton High School, is fighting to make the top 14 tonight on American Idol!

Last week, the first half of the top 24 sang solos, than sang duets with celebrity partners before being cut down to the top seven. Last night, the second half of the top 24 started their fight to remain in the competition singing solos, including our own local sensation, Garrett Jacobs.

Garrett covered Shawn Mendes' Treat You Better for his solo performance and tonight on the show, he's expected to duet with Colbie Caillat, singing her hit song Lucky with Jason Mraz.

While Jacobs received some tough feedback from the judges, he took it well and promised to focus more during tonight's performance.

If you want together and watch tonight's duets with other Garrett Jacobs fans, the official watch party is at Ralph and Kacoo's, 1700 Old Minden Road, Bossier City starting at 6:15pm. American Idol starts at 7pm locally so get ready to cheer Garrett on! Guests are responsible for paying for their own meals. Geaux Garrett!
