The Top 3 Halloween Candies in Louisiana Are…

Halloween is right around the corner.  In parent terms, that's 1 maybe 2 paychecks away.  Let's be honest, you can't afford to buy all of the candy necessary to satisfy the neighborhood kids.  The "good" houses know how to specialize in the kind of candy kids in their area like best.  When it comes to treats, it's quality over quantity every time.
