Film Prize Red Carpet Brings Life to Downtown Shreveport
If you were trying to figure out what happened downtown and why East Texas street was blocked off, to keep it simple there was a big party and the community was invited.
Film Prize Takes Over Shreveport on Thursday and Friday.
Movies were shown at numerous downtown sites and this year a new single site in Bossier City. Screenings continue for Film Prize 2023 on Friday. Screenings will take place at the Robinson Film Center, Central Artstation, Crystal Stairs, and Bossier Arts Council’s East Bank Theatre.
Simply Put, Film Prize Is One of the Biggest Entertainment Nights of the Year.
The weather couldn’t have been better. Just short of 500 people crowded East Texas street. Downtown Shreveport transformed into a fun vibrant setting where you couldn’t tell where we were.
What Was the Red Carpet Night All About?
20 Finalists are invited to meet and greet fans and it makes for a fun evening it’s the perfect evening to see people who we all saw on the big screen. This event was open to all, there was even a filmmaker speed date. Drinks flowed and the vibes were flowing down Texas Street in downtown Shreveport.
