Jay’s Quarantine: Days 1 and 2
The first two days of quarantine are in the books... Spoiler: It's been a boring couple of days.
I'm sure anyone reading this who is also on lock-down can relate, but I am absolutely losing my mind in quarantine. Since I can remember, at least since the age of 15, I have worked. I have worked in some capacity every single day for the last near-twelve years. Yes, I am still working at home, but it just isn't the same.
I have spent the most part of the last two days driving myself crazy inside the comfort of my home. I have spent most of my time binge-watching Netflix. I even noticed an awesome Shreveport reference in Better Call Saul yesterday.
I also watched two movies and I'm ready to give my opinions on them. Like many of you, I finally got around to watching Outbreak and Contagion. I must say, I enjoyed Outbreak far more than Contagion. Maybe Contagion is just too close to home with a disease, outside of its ridiculous fatality rate, is eerily similar to our COVID-19.
Outside of watching movies and TV, I have still hosted my show on K945 from my living room. If you have never hosted a radio show while pantless, I must say, it's an incredible experience.
My daughters will be with m,e for the next few nights, so I'm sure my next update will be quite different!
Happy quarantining yall!
