Louisiana: Before You Buy Candy for Trick-or-Treaters Read This

Halloween Is Finally Here.

If you plan to be out and about with the cutest little kids running around collecting all the candy, you probably have some candy that you're on the lookout for. Personally, I love stealing the Snickers and any form of gummy treat from my nephews and nieces, certain candies are not safe with me. If you're going to be the one handing out candy, there are some candies you should just not purchase.

Surprisingly Candy Corn Isn't Considered the Worst Halloween Candy.

If you were to ask me which candy would make kids in your neighborhood hate you, I would quickly jump in with candy corn, it tastes like what I think crayons should taste like.

Buzzfeed.com conducted a poll where they asked people if they loved or hated certain Halloween candies and the results were shocking, at least for me.

Here are the top ten most hated candies that are given out during Halloween:

9. Almond Joy (What the heck is wrong with people?)

8. Jelly Beans

7. Hot Tamales

6. Candy Corn (How is this not number 1?)

5. Red Hots

4. Atomic Fireballs

3. Dots

2. Jawbreakers

1. Peeps. Wait really? Who is actually out there eating Peeps on Halloween? Why aren't we seeing candy corn up in this spot?

Avoid buying these 10 candies if you want to have happy trick-or-treaters, or if you really love some of these that made the list anticipate having a lot of candy untouched in the bowl.
