Shreveport's very own Bill Joyce took to his Instagram to share all about Marc "This festive fella is named Marc DeBallot. I created the official “I Voted” sticker for the state of Louisiana this year. It was one of my favorite gigs ever. An absolute delight to do. And made me feel good. Voting. Who is Bill Joyce? William Edward Joyce is an American writer, illustrator, and filmmaker. He has written and illustrated over 50 children’s books and novels which have been translated into over 40 languages. His latest project has so many Shreveport residents excited. Joyce has been sharing the process of illustrating his latest children’s book, “Rocket Puppies,” and his work was available at Artspace in Downtown Shreveport, it was so cool to see his work come to life.
Joyce is no stranger to epic projects, he started his film career as a concept artist for Toy Story. From there he was part of "A Bug's Life" and "Robots". Did you know that his book "A Day with Wilbur Robinson" was made into the Disney movie "Meet the Robinsons"?
